This sweatshirt is created individually for each order. During "high demand" seasons (such as Christmas), production time takes two to three weeks.
We ship all everywhere in Canada and the United States. The shipping date written in the order confirmation is the date the order is leaving our offices and not the delivery date to your address. The delivery date of your order will depend on where it needs to be shipped. We count generally 1 to 5 business days depending on your distance from Montreal and if you are in a rural or urban area. Please ask for the estimated shipping date before ordering if you need at a specific time.
Shipping is free for orders of $250 and over. For the orders of less than $250, shipping will be invoiced at Canada Post cost price. We take responsibility for the duties fees.
As each item is created specifically for individual orders, returns are only accepted for defective items.
