Return Policy

As all items are “made to order”, returns are not permitted at this time.  If the item is damaged (prior to arrival) or defective, we will exchange it for the same or similar item at our discretion. Please send us an email at psorensenart@gmail.com and return the original item to: Psorensen Art, 5316 47 Avenue, Wetaskiwin, AB Canada T9A 0K8. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. PSorensen Art will pay for shipping the replacement item.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
